Sukshma Vyayam

Sukshma vyayam is simple exercise from toes to head to make the body flexible for doing Asanas.

  • Leg joints movements
    • Moving toes up and down for 10 times.
    • Moving feet up and down for 10 times.
    • Rotate feet in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction for 10 times
    • Butterfly flapping
  • Hand joints movements
    • Open and close your fists for 10 times, Stretch the fingers when you open the fist.
    • Rotate fists in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction for 10 times.
    • Rotate shoulders in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction for 5 times.
    • Keep hands free and shake for 2 minutes
  • Neck and Head movements
    • Slow movement up and down 10 times
    • Slow movement left and right 10 times
    • Side bending left and right 10 times
    • Rotation of neck clockwise and anticlockwise 5 times
  • Eyes
    • Move Eyeball left and right for 5 times
    • Move eyeball diagonally left and right for 5 times
    • Move eyeball diagonally right and left for 5 times
    • Rotate eyeball in clockwise and anticlockwise for 5 times
    • Gently open and close eyes for 5 times
    • Pinch eyebrows
  • Ears
    • Pull ears for 10 seconds
    • Hold and move ears clockwise and anticlockwise
  • Mouth
    • Open and close jaws 10 times
    • Move Jaws left and right side 10 times
  • Hip Rotation
  • Knee Rotation
